$10 for a virtual presence during our 2020 Jewelry City Steampunk Festival (non-refundable) Virtual Presence includes a video / interview to be shared during our festival, promotion of your business, and upload of your video to the event YouTube channel and a listing on the website marketplace, The Not-So-Secret Emporium of Strange and Wonderful Things. Your $10 Virtual Presence fee would be applied to a table space should our event go on in-person.

Vending Fee: Spaces range from $75-125 in price. Fees for extras.

Vending Area: Vending is indoors inside a Masonic Lodge, and outdoors in the parking lot. Programming will occur across the street at the Attleboro Public Library, the Balfour Riverwalk Park behind the Library, and 1/4 mile away at the Attleboro Area Industrial Museum.

Vendors should refer to the map provided to choose indoor or outdoor, and which floor. Indoor space is provided with a 6-foot table and two chairs. Electricity can be provided for an extra fee. Outdoor space is 10×10 feet and vendor must bring all displays. Tents must be bagged, no spikes. No electricity, tables or chairs provided outside.

Vendors can park in the parking lot for load-in and load-out, but must move their vehicles to a different parking lot after unloading. Placement is first-come, first-served via application.

Load-in Hours:
10/23/19: 6:00pm-9:00pm (INSIDE ONLY) and remember no one will watch your booth or products overnight. Leave your booth and wares at your own risk. Building is locked and only access is to Festival staff and building owners.

Vending Hours:
10/24/19: 10:00AM-6:00PM

Load-out Hours:
10/24/19: 6:00PM-9:00PM

There will be no overnight rooms provided for Vendors.

MA sales tax: All vendors must provide Jewelry City Steampunk Festival with a Federal Tax ID

Insurance: Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage. Although volunteers will be present, they will not be allowed to watch vendor merchandise, please bring enough staff.

Vendor Application Deadline: Applications will be accepted up to three weeks before the event with rolling acceptances beginning May 15th. No refunds will be issued after August 1st, 2019.
