On the day of the festival we are going to have a lot of work to do, and we need a lot of helping hands. Since we are a non-profit 501(c)(3), any volunteer work you do for us will count as community service hours.

We will need volunteers for:

Information Table – sitting at our front table to hand out programs and give patrons information as they enter the building.

Program support – setting up and breaking down for different programs and workshops. This may involve heavy lifting and moving tables and chairs.

Vendor support – helping out vendors both inside and outside. This would involve troubleshooting minor issues, tracking down staff for larger issues, and being a runner for small tasks.

Kids area – A perfect job for teachers or parents!
